(the “Company”) (OTC: MNIZ) is pleased to inform its shareholders that as a result of improved prospects both for significant non-dilutive financing and operational cash flow in the near to mid-term, the Company will be dramatically cutting its previously announced Reg A equity offering to a maximum amount of $750k.
This action represents a total reduction of over $5m from the previously announced $6m Reg A offering amount and will be reflected in future regulatory filings.
Management will be taking this action whilst separately pursuing its previously discussed plans for a 3:1 forward stock split and uplisting to the OTCQB.
